2. Browsing in the store
You can browse our (web)shop at will, you can become acquainted with our products, our prices, without the pressure of registration, and without revealing your identity. We ranked our products by categories, which can be found here. The particular categories can be chosen from the menu on the left side of the store. In each category, you can find subcategories for the easiest navigation. The subcategories, and also the products has their detailed rewiev. The list of our products is the price list as well. Each price contains the vat! (Where it is needed and has a sense we write prices with the unit price together, this is also in gross). Clicking on the name of the product you will get to its detailed site where you can see a picture about it as well and the description. If you click on the picture you will see it in large. (Attention! Picutres are mostly „illustrations” from the catalogues or websites of the producing company and unfortunately these companies reserve the right to change the package, label etc. of the product, or even the appearance e.g. of the strength machine. Our webstore considers itself uniquely to the fact that if you are unstaisfied with the product you received, we will take it back and pay back its price without any question in the following 180 days after buying.)
To make browsing easier we categorized the products according to their manufacturers as well.
You can get back to the startside anytime if you click on the (Shop.Builder) logo in the upper left corner of the screen.
We always try to regularly update our supplement facts database, but manufacturers reserve the right to change the label of products under production without giving any information about this fact similarly to the continous changes in the contents of products. So that is why the supplemant facts are just for your information and we cannot take responsibility for them – but of course we are trying to correct all changes as soon as possible. In case you found any difference or missing update, please inform us about it through „My Account” page.
The small pictures (so called thumbnail) can be switched on/off by cklicking on „show / hide pictures of the products”. Our older buyers, who have already known our products, can use the simplified order form this way as well.
Search (

On the startsite of the webstore there is a „Quick-search” field with a loupe
beside it. You have to write any word or word fragment of the name of the product or the description. By clicking on the loupe as a result you will see all the products that contain the word in the name or in the discription. This „Search”
is also available in the upper right corner of each site. Basically the „Search” is searching in the Shop.Builder product names and desriptions but not in the supplement facts or among the opinions of buyers. If you need a more detailed search then choose „Google Search” option. (this can search in the whole text of the website).
My Account (helpdesk)
Because of the spam filters of the internet servicing companies we are using „Helpdesk” system, by which your message surely won’t be cancelled and our customer service will surely answer your questions or react your notices, ideas etc.
Our answers will be sent in e-mail, but if you send it as a registered user then you can follow all messages on your „My Account” site. All the sent and received messages are saved here for 1 year. After 1 year they will be automatically cancelled.
Through the „Helpdesk” page you can write a message similarly to an e-mail. You have to fill in three gaps:
- Give us the e-mail address where you will wait for the answer. This should be an existing one and please make sure that it permits shop@builder.hu address in the spamfilter
- Write the e-mail
- type the 4 digit controlling code
If you are a registered user, our helpdesk site will direct you automatically to your „My Account” site and here you will find „Write a message to the customer service” link. (here you don’t have to give neither your e-mail address nor the controlling code as you are signed in.) You can find here all the sent and received messages as well.
3. Registration
To be able to buy in our webstore first you have to register yourself by clicking on the » Registration link on the left side of any of the sites. You have to choose a username (this can be a nickname or any other word that was not chosen by someone else). With this username you can later tell your opinion about the products, ask a question etc. The next personal data have to be given during the registration:
- an existing e-mail address
- first name and last name (this is going to be the basic billing and shipping name, later you will have the possibility to change the billing data)
- precise shipping address (country, city, street, number, zip code) – Important: to a foreign country we can ship only by GLS and you can pay only with credit card payment method. For calculating the exact shipping cost it is really important to give the right zip code and settlement. Our Settlement Database may be useful for this.
- The most important: please give a phone number, where our customer service can reach you to agree flavor, size, colors. If you don’t give any phone number, we can only send you an e-mail and if you do not regularly read e-mails or your mailbox is full, then WE CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU and you won’t get your package.
- When the billing and shipping addresses are different, please give us the billing address (on the invoice there will be a billing and a shiping address separately)
- You can also register for the Body.Bulder/Shop.Builder Newsletter (later on your „My Account” site you can cancel this anytime – or in a message sent to the shop@builder.hu address)
- Type the 4 digit number to accept your registration
With the registration you understood and accept the next facts:
- you compulsorily have to give your above mentioned personal data
- you are the only responsible person for keeping your password in secret
- You declare that your contract binding capability is not excluded or limited
- you declare that you have read and understood the Business Rules and will act accordingly
- You accept, that in case you have registered for the newsletter, the supplier will send newsletters to your e-mail address, which will be partly personal ones (according to the interest of the buyer) and partly electronic advertisements. You can cancel the newsletter registration with unsubscription or in an e-mail sent to our customer service
- you accept that you are the only responsible person for the content of your ads
Our Webstore reservs the right to change these Business Rules unilaterally with a pre-notice sent to the registered users. After the modification is comes into force with your first login when you atomatically accept the modified Business Rules.
After the registration we will send the password generated by our system to your e-mail address (this can be changed after the log in). With the username and password you can log in as a buyer into our store system. On the top of the menulist on the left side you can see the fields „username” and „password”. Type in these words and click on the
icon.
Our registrered buyers can change any personal data on „My Account” side. You can also see here the shopping cart, current processes and old orders etc. If you had any question in connection with the registration, turn to our customer service.
4. Buying in the Webstore
You can initiate buying with a click on
(basket icon). Attention: beside many products there can be more options (flavor, color, size etc.) – don’t forget to choose these! After adding the product to the shopping cart, you can continue buying. Basically the ’add to shopping cart’ puts one product into the cart, you can modify the unit number on the „Cart” page.
In case of some products you can have a more favorouble price when buying more units. In case of these products it is also an option to choose to buy more units. Of course if you modify the number of units on the „cart’ side, the price will be automatically modified. This price is not valid for every products, only available for some execptional ones. For those products where there can be more flavor/color/size combination this reduced price is only valid when buying more units from totally the same (same flavor, size, color) products.
Content of the cart
The content of the cart always appears when you put a product into it, or you can take a look at it anytime by clicking on » cart / ? items. At this point you can cancel any item, or empty the cart. In both cases the Store will recalculate the price and value of the products in the cart. Our system checks the content of the cart each day and in case of 7 days inactivity it will be cancelled. If products would break off or their price would change, the system cancels or actualizes these information. The special price products have to be ordered immediately because the system cancels them from the cart in 24 hours.

Before sending the order you can modify the shipping and billing address, if it is needed. Please bear in mind that the package-labelling machine can print only in limited length so the name and address has to fit maximum 40 characters. The longer addresses will be cut by the system.

In case you don’t click on this icon, the products will stay in the cart and the order won’t arrive to our customer service. About the receive of your order our system will send you an e-mail. This is an automatic e-mail, that only informs you that our system has received the order and this doesn’t mean the contact of our customer service. If you don’t order the products in the cart in 3 days then the system will automatically send an e-mail about this fact. After 7 days the cart will be emptied.
Important: in case of bank transfer in advance, please wait to receive of the e-mail in which we send you the unique reference number that should be indicated in the transfer information. So the customer service can easily identify your order. If you chose credit card payment then we will send an e-mail when the package is ready and you can pay for it through the CIB Bank Virtual terminal. If you chose personal receiving please wait for our colleague to call you or send you an SMS about the information that the package is ready to receive.
If we had a question in connection with your order (e.g. the requested flavor, size, product is not on stock) our colleague will call you.
Our computer system will immediately send a confirmation about receiving your order. In case the confirmation is not sent in 24 hours then your contract obligation is ceased and you are not obliged to buy the ordered products. Of course you can decide to ask for the products. In case not all the products are on stock then we will call you or write an e-mail to offer you a similar one, or inform you about the time period you should wait for it. This e-mail is a new offer, which has to be accepted and your contract obligation will be valid from this action.
6. The right of withdrawal
If you send the order by accident, then you can cancel your order with a message sent through your „My Account” site or in e-mail or per telephone 06-62-451-691 without any consequence. If we cannot fulfill you order (flavor, size, color etc) in an acceptable period of time (much time to wait for the arrival of the product) you can cancel the order anytime without any consequence.
For those customers who don’t receive the package with a note „acceptance denied” we consider the right to accept order from these customers only with pre-payment methods.
We inform our customers that based on the appropriate act of law we have or don’t have the possibility to withraw from the contract, our webstore ensures a money-back garantee even when it is not a legal duty. Our aim is to enhance the satisfation of our customers:
Based on the act the customer cannot withraw from the contract and we are not bount to take back in case the next products:
- nutrition supplements
- ordered newspaper, magazine
- products that cannot be returned because of hygienic reasons
Our Webstore can accept withrawal only in unopened packaging in case of the next products:
- cosmetics, medicinal products, massage and other related products
- audio and video products
- software
For all other products the buyer can withraw from the contract in 8 working days from receiving it. In case the buyer didn’t get our information e-mail before receiving the product then the buyer can withraw from the contract in 8 days after receiving the information e-mail but maximum in 3 months.
Our Webstore will immediately (latest in 30 days after the withdrawal) pay the whole amount (price and shipping cost) of the product in case of withrawal according to the appropriate act.

On the field of services our Webstore proceeds ethically and legally always with the buyers’ interest in mind. Our company ensures a 180 days money-back garantee for all products, so if you are unsatisfied with the product then inform us and we will take it back for its whole price. When based on the law we shouldn’t accept the withrawal then we pay back only the price of the product, any other cost has to be paid by the customer. The buyer has total responsibility for damages caused by misuse.

7. Warranty, guarantee
According to the appropriate acts we ensure determined warranty (since September, 2005 – 2 years) per product categories for the products distributed by us. Warranty refers to manufacturer failure, material defect: we warrant that the products that we distribute are correct and 1st class ones. If not then we ensure a change or a money-back garantee according to the appropriate act.
For products distributed by us the manufacturers, importers ensure different period of time garantee. So garantee can be different for products but in case of technical article it can be 12 months or more. Some manufacturers give for the motor of their treadmills more hundreed years garantee. During the guarantee the professional service of the product will repair it. The address of these services can be found in all cases on the warranty card, but our customer service will happily help you in reaching the service.
We ship the products with an approval of the appropriate authorities.
Money-back garantee
It can happen, that the ordered product is not the same in the reality as you thought based on the catalogue. (to avoid this situation please ask for the opinion of a trainer, dietitian or other specialist!) in these cases our company ensures a 180 days money-back garantee which you can validate the next way:
- you inform us through the „My Account” site or per telephone +36 (62) 451-691 at the customer service that you are unsatisfied with the product
- after conciliating data (invoice, value of product) we tell you that the product can be taken back (opened nutrition supplements can be taken back only in reasonable cases, used strength machines and washed clothes can be taken back in warranty in case of hidden problems, factory defect – unopened and intact products are taken back without any questions.)
- if you cannot bring back the product personally to our shop in Szeged or to our office in Budapest, then please send us through parcel post

Please enter a declaration of value of the package, DO NOT send it back with postage or with C.O.D, because we are not able to receive it then.
- when receiving the product our colleague will check its intact condition and will send back the value of the product with postal order or bank transfer (as you wish in the mail enclosed to the package)
- in case of reasonable problem (e.g. because our catalogue contains the mistake, because of inaccurate description, or not current picture you couldn’t chose the appropriate product) based ont he appropriate act and a withrawal accordingly we will pay for the shipment as well. But in case you just changed your mind, we cannot pay for the shipment of the product.

9. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
When will the package be shipped after ordering??
When the ordered product is on stock then we will ship it the next working day and the courier will take it the other working day. Unfortunately it can happen that from 4000 products you have to wait for some, in such cases we will inform you about the period of time to wait during which you have the chance to change your order and chose any other product, or can withraw from the contract. We can guarantee one thing: we, the Shop.builder Team will do everything to be able to send you the package as soon as possible. If there is a product that you have to wait for, it is the mistake of our supplier – e.g. there is no lilac XS Gloves.
When can I go to the office in Budapest to receive the package?
Only after we informed you that the package is there. Before our call or SMS it’s unnecessary to come as the package is not ready yet.
When will the courier arrive?
Packages are shipped from us to the GLS center on each working day between 15-16 o’clock. Shipping time depends on your location (Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Austria and Romania - 1 day; Polland, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Lichtenstein - 2-3 days; Italy, Danmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland - 3-4 days; other countrires 4-7 days).
If some product has grey cart icon beside, and can not be ordered, When will it become available again?
As soon as we have it on stock, we will switch on its link. We switch off the link of the continually missing items to avoid situations when order has to wait too much because these items are missing.
Can I modify my order?
Yes. Anytime. Until it has been shipped (later we cannot modify). Send a message about intended modification through „My Account”.
I would like to have another gift, not this…
The number of products as a gift is not endless, so the system accounts for them as customers signed. So unfortunately we cannot modify it because the other customers wouldn’t get which they signed.

Can I ask the invoice for someone else (can I ask an invoice for my company)?
In our system we have the shipping and billing address separately. The only rule is that the our printing system can handle only a maximum 40 charaters long name and address.
We ship and make invoices only for private persons. At Shop.Builder's webstore you can not order products to your EU-company. All prices are retail, final customer prices, with hungarian VAT included.
How can I change if I am unsatisfied with the product?

We (Shop.builder) made a mistake, what to do now?
Unfortunately this can happen. We always try to check each package twice but people are working here as well so it can happen that we make a mistake. In each cases we will correct the mistake at our own expense. Generally with a changing package, which means that we send you the right product with a courier which can be received in case the courier gets a package from you. Of course we pay the cost of this shipment. We ask of you only one thing: please try to put the product in a carton to be able to receive it intact and undamaged. Thanx.
